他メーカー見学 、そしてハイムさん訪問。 ― 2008/02/29 21:43

今日は急遽offとなった為、他のモデルハウス（パナ、一条、ヘーベル、積水ハウス等）を一通り見学した。 アンケートは候補メーカー以外はうざいので、とりあえずすべて断った。 そして前回の件を踏まえて、あまり話し込んでしますと時間すぐなくなるので 、間取りと設備関係をサラット見学させてもらった。　「平均の坪単価はどれ位ですか？」という質問をしたが、なぜかほとんどが55～60万との回答だった。自分のなかでは「本当に、そうか???」という感想をもった。

夜8時。ハイムのアンケートに答えた成果？　営業マンの市原さんの訪問となった。 まず新居を建てる計画だった土地の話についての説明を受ける。 土地は私の親の所有する、実家近くの農地を予定していた(画像の土地） 「市街化調整区域の為、立てるには条件がある」ということだった。 要するに、分家申請しないといけないらしい。今まで土地があれば家は立つと軽く考えていたが、色々と制約等があり簡単ではないらしい。 結局、この日はあっという間に3時間が過ぎさり、打ち合わせは終わりとなった。（↑の画像は建築予定地）

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
