冷蔵庫がなんかおかしい!! 番外編 ― 2011/02/04 21:44

前日の修理にいい気なり、そういえば実家の冷蔵庫も同じ症状だったのを思い出しました。
三菱製ですが、こちらもリコールではありませんでした...。

こちらも殆ど同じ構造ですので難なく取り外しました。
少しトレーの形状が違いますが、このトレーも見事に亀裂が発生していました。


そして前日と同じように三菱システムサービスに電話。
本体の型番と製氷トレーのみを購入したいと伝えました。
すると、個人への販売は出来い無いとの返答。

「それはおかしい!! なぜ販売出来ないのか？」

その後、色々と質疑を要約すると

製氷トレー単体の設定は無く、製氷コーナーセットとなっており個人への販売は出来ない。

では販売店で注文で注文するんで部品番号をお願いします。
「M20-JE8-450　\6?0」

仕方が無いので、家電電気店のエイデンにて部品を注文したいと店員に伝え、今までに経緯を説明。

その場で部品の納期と価格を確認するため、メーカに電話連絡。
でも、電話がなかなか終わりません。
「やはり個人へは販売不可なのか」？と考えていると、電話が終わりました。

店員の話によるとこの機種の製氷装置を無償点検しており、製氷トレー破損している場合、無償交換しているので費用は掛からないとのこと。


その後訪問修理して頂きました。

コーナーセットということで、製氷トレーと自動製氷装置の白い枠部分もあわせて交換となりました。
勿論無償でしたが、なんだか釈然としないような気分です。
