TIGトーチ パワーケーブル交換 ― 2012/07/31 21:40

以前は本体購入時におまけで付けて頂いた日立製トーチを使用していました。
性能、使い勝手等は特に問題ありませんでしたが、消耗品などの部品の互換が他社に比べて劣り、また部品も割高でした。（コレットボディ等）

そこでヤフオクでパナ製の200Ａ空冷トーチYT-20TS1を中古で購入。
が、これが曲者でした。　ケーブル（本当にパナ製？）が重く硬くて、日立製と比べても明らかに使い辛いものでした。

ヤフオクでパナ純正の新品の空冷200Ａ8ｍケーブル格安を購入。
これは、ちゃんとロゴが入っているし、軽くて柔らかい!!

しかし、トーチ側は問題無く接続可能でしたが、電源側はネジ径が明らかに違い接続出来ません。　やはりトーチのみパナ製でケーブルは他社の物のだったようです。

そこでお世話になっている岐阜酸素さんで、パナ純正の接続金具とアルゴンガスホース組を購入。税込み\2310　ネットより安くて、送料も掛かりません。　有難いです。


右から2番目と4番目のケーブルがパナ純正です。金具なんで全然大きさが違います!!

後はガスホースを接続　トーチボディとトーチスイッチを移植すれば完了
ケーブルが柔らかく、いい感じに成りました。
